PBD Stars Kids Programs

For Dancers Ages 2-3rd Grade

Kids move, shake and imagine as they explore the joy of movement in PBD’s STARS dance program. Stars dancers can capture the hearts of audience members on a Stars Performing Team where they will learn a choreographed dance and participate in performance opportunities throughout the year and/or choose to groove in a Movement Class. Stars 2nd-3rd grade will explore the fundamental dance skills of ballroom dancing in a Ballroom Technique class.

PERFORMING TEAMS

Stars Full Season: September 2026 to May 2027 (9 Months). Performing Team dancers participate in 2 main performances in Dec & June. Additional shows may be added during the season.

RECREATIONAL CLASSES

A playful music-and-movement class for young dancers who love to sing, twirl, and imagine. We use kid-favorite sing-along songs, dance games (freeze dance, relays, obstacle courses), and simple movement concepts to build confidence, coordination, and classroom fun while introducing ballroom dance.

NEW THIS SEASON - Boys Crew

A fitness driven high-energy class specifically for boys who love to move, play, and be part of a team. Features a fun theme and a simple, confidence-building routine they’ll practice together through games, movement challenges, and “crew skills” like timing, spacing, and teamwork.
