Come join us for the 1st annual Pacific Ballroom Dancesport Challenge in Washington, Saturday January 17th. We will be featuring a full roster of amateur individual and team showdance events. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

- SCHEDULE AND HEAT LISTS are now ready to view! Go to the link above and click on “view schedule” to see the whole schedule including formation teams, or click on “heat sheets” to view your individual heats, searchable by individual dancer: CLICK HERE FOR SCHEDULE
- Make sure you are checked in at the registration desk, ready to dance, and in the On Deck Area at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Dancers should stay in the On Deck Area when it is close to their event time. Although the schedule is pretty set, times may still change slightly as late entries come in. Please check back closer to the event to confirm your event start times.
- DOORS OPEN at 9am, the first event will start at 10am. During the lunch break from 1-2:30, we will clear the ballroom so formation teams can practice if they need to. The second session will start at 2:30pm.
- CONCESSIONS will be available just outside of our studio by the front door. There will be veggie and hummus cups, fruit, a baked potato bar and a nachos bar with vegetarian options, candy, bottled water, and Capri Suns while supplies last. All proceeds will go towards Pacific Ballroom Dance.
- SPECTATOR TICKETS are $30 at the door (kids under age 6 are free). Be ready to show proof of purchase at the door if you buy them ahead of time. You can purchase at the door via card or cash. You can purchase tickets here to save time getting in: PURCHASE SPECTATOR TICKETS HERE
- PARKING at our venue may be limited. You are welcome to park behind the studio in marked spots and walk around to the front if you like, however absolutely no one is allowed to enter from the back doors. You must enter through the lobby door, labeled suite #110.

• Spectator: $30/Person Online and @ the Door
• Competitor: $15/Dancer (Included in your registration)
• 6 & Under: Free
Tentative Schedule of Events:
• 9:00am = Doors Open
• 10:00am-1:00pm = Morning Session (Syllabus Events)
• 1-2:30pm = Lunch Break
• 2:30-7:30pm = Afternoon Session (Open & Showcase Events)

Late Registration Deadline w/Fee: January 10, 2026
Event Fees (Per Dancer):
• Syllabus/Novice = $15
• Prechamp = $20
• Championship = $25
• Formation Team = $50/Entry
• Showdance = $75/Entry
Late Fees
Registration without a late fee is due December 15th, 2025. After December 15th, a $5 late fee per entry will be added. Late Registration closes January 10th, 2026. After January 10th, a $10 late fee per entry will be added and additional entries will only be allowed if no additional heat is created.

Rules & Regulations:
1. All competitors must purchase a competitor admission ticket, $15. Entry fees are additional.
2. All competitors are required to check in with the competition registrar at least one hour in advance of their scheduled time to dance.
3. All competitors are required to be in the on-deck area at least 30 minutes in advance of their scheduled time to dance.
4. Competitors will not be limited in number of entries to dance events in any given style, including if they dance up to another age category.
5. Competitors may dance up one age level and one skill level from their current level.
6. Coupled events must consist of one lead and one follow and are non-gendered.
7. Costumes for syllabus events should be plain syllabus attire (one solid color is allowed, but no ruffles, fringe, rhinestones, or embellishments will be allowed).
